**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences for patrons. **Duties:** - Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes and procedures - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all health and safety regulations - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed **Skills:** - Proficiency in bartending techniques and drink preparation - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons in a friendly manner - Knowledge of retail math for handling payments and giving change - Sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials - Experience in the food industry is a plus - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with banquet operations is beneficial - Competence in cash handling procedures - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for calculating orders and tabulations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.26 - $12.60 per hour
